With the election looming and most people voting from home, you might need some music while you fill out your ballot. Whether you’re looking for something to keep you clear-headed and focused, or if you’d rather passionately rage against the system, these selected songs can be your soundtrack to the imminent armageddon.

You might not recognize any of the candidates for your local and state elections, but you’ll definitely recognize some icons of rock & roll like Neil Young, the Beach Boys and George Harrison. Even if you don’t remember the last time you enjoyed time with your friends and family without a mask on, you will remember the dynamic new sounds of pop queen Charli XCX or industrial experimenters Death Grips. Happy voting!

Death Grips — “I’ve Seen Footage”

Creedence Clearwater Revival — “Fortunate Son”

Bob Dylan — “With God on Our Side”

The 1975 — “Love It If We Made It”

Ms. Lauryn Hill — “Forgive Them Father”

Marvin Gaye — “What’s Going On”

Dead Kennedys — “I Fought the Law”

Public Enemy — “Show ‘Em Whatcha Got”

Rage Against The Machine — “Killing In The Name”
