On February 3, 2017 PLNU President Bob Brower shared a letter that was sent to President Trump by several Wesleyan schools, including PLNU.
In an email to staff and faculty Brower wrote,
“In collaboration with other Southern California universities from the Wesleyan tradition, the attached letter was sent to express our concerns regarding the implications of the action taken regarding immigration in light of our Christian faith and our call to care for the least of these among us. This letter also follows letters sent from the Council of Christian Colleges and Universities, the American Council of Education, and the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities – of which PLNU is a participating member.”
