Point Loma Nazarene University’s men’s and women’s basketball clinched a win in their double header home opener last week.
On Nov. 19 at 5:30 p.m., the women defeated California State University, Dominguez Hills 73-48. Following at 7:30, the men took on California State University, San Marcos and brought another win 75-61.
The game honored military-affiliated personnel. During half time, members of the Student Veterans of America chapter saluted to Tom Egan, director of Military Programs and Services, who is retiring.
